We Don't Say That provides an automated filtering overlay for embedded YouTube videos. The Service utilizes public caption tracks ("Subtitles") provided natively by YouTube. The application cross-references these captions against a dictionary of words to dynamically mute the physical player.
3. Limitation of Liability & Accuracy Disclaimer
The Service is provided "AS IS."
Because the Service relies entirely on YouTube's auto-generated closed captioning algorithms, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. If a video creator provides inaccurate closed captions, or if YouTube's auto-generation algorithm misinterprets a spoken word, the filtering mechanism will fail.
You acknowledge and agree that We Don't Say That, its creators, and affiliates are completely immune from liability regarding any offensive language, profanity, or inappropriate content that fails to be muted while utilizing this application. Parents and guardians must maintain active discretion when allowing children to consume online media.
4. Intellectual Property
We Don't Say That does not host, download, or distribute multimedia files (videos or audio tracks). All videos streamed through this service remain the intellectual property of their respective creators and are served directly through YouTube's official iFrame API.
