1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using We Don’t Say That, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
We Don’t Say That provides automated, caption-based filtering for supported YouTube and Amazon Prime Video playback. The Service uses timed caption information supplied by the supported platform to identify selected words and mute the player. On matching Prime titles, the Service may also apply user-selected, community-verified modesty scene controls.
3. Basic and Unlimited Access
The Basic plan currently permits up to 20 distinct YouTube videos and 1 distinct Prime title or episode per UTC day. Replays of an already admitted title do not count again that UTC day. The Unlimited Pass removes these daily platform limits while qualifying access remains active. Limits, pricing, and supported platforms are displayed before purchase and may change prospectively with notice.
4. Billing, Renewal, Cancellation, and Refunds
Paid subscriptions are billed at the price and interval displayed during checkout and renew automatically until canceled. Applicable taxes may be added by the billing provider. You can manage or cancel through the Account page. A cancellation normally stops the next renewal while access continues through the paid period shown in your billing account. Failed or past-due payments may lead to restricted or ended access after any billing-provider grace period. Except where required by law, charges are generally non-refundable; contact support promptly if you believe a charge was made in error.
5. Limitation of Liability & Accuracy Disclaimer
The Service is provided “AS IS.”
Because the Service relies on timed captions and platform playback state, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy. If captions are missing, inaccurate, censored, or out of sync, or if a supported platform changes its player, filtering may fail.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, We Don't Say That and its creators are not liable for offensive language or inappropriate content that the automated filters fail to detect or suppress. Parents and guardians must maintain active discretion when allowing children to consume online media.
6. Intellectual Property
We Don’t Say That does not host or distribute the underlying video or audio programs. Supported content remains with its respective platform and rights holders; the Service observes only the playback and caption information needed to provide filtering.
