Basic and Unlimited use the same language filtering. Both depend on supported playback and usable English captions or verified timings. Paying removes the daily limits; it does not make detection more accurate or make unsupported videos work.
You do not need to run a modesty scan or mark scenes to use language filtering. Movies, rentals, and streaming subscriptions are purchased separately from their providers.
On matching Prime editions, optional verified modesty marks can skip a scene or hide the picture while preserving dialogue. The archive is new and does not cover every title. Experimental scene scanning is not required for ordinary WDST language filtering, and automated candidates need human review.
Filtering is best-effort and cannot guarantee every word or scene will be detected. Prime Video may require a tab reload after optional access is enabled.
